Wie kann man mit Konflikten umgehen, bevor sie sich verhärten oder im schlimmsten Fall eskalieren? Wie gelingt ein respektvoller Umgang trotz steiler Hierarchien, eng getakteter Drehpläne und hoher Belastung? Und wie kann man die eigenen Grenzen oder jene Anderer wahren, wenn man in einem klaren Abhängigkeitsverhältnis steht?
