EQUALead
Female Leadership, Diversity, and Strategic Gender Equality for the Media and Cultural Sectors
EQUALead is a tandem program run by the Erich Pommer Institute for female leadership and diversity development—specifically for media and cultural organizations. Otana Thiede and Sara Sommerfeldt from RISING GAZE lead the workshops in the transformation track on diversity and equality management, as well as the final workshop.
