The signing of the Respect Code Film has set new standards for the film industry. Now it's about putting them into practice. But how do I set up a complaints office? How do I fulfill my duty to inform and prevent? And how do I create a work environment in which conflicts are recognized and resolved early on, so they don't fester or even escalate? This workshop provides practical support for integrating the Respect Code Film into everyday company and production operations and teaches effective strategies for dealing with discrimination, harassment, and abuse of power.
