We've all been there: relationships that fail due to a lack of communication, unsuccessful conversations with our own children, arguments at work or discussions that go round in circles. Conflicts are part of life – but very few of us have learned how to deal with them constructively.

Yet conflicts offer enormous potential for growth, genuine understanding and sustainable solutions. In this 4-hour workshop, you will learn how to master challenging conversations, set boundaries and resolve conflicts at work and in your private life at an early stage – before they harden or escalate.

She also supports companies and organisations in developing diverse narratives and discrimination-sensitive structures. This includes creating awareness concepts that help companies create a respectful and inclusive working environment. As a certified anti-violence trainer, conflict manager and systemic de-escalation coach, Sara Sommerfeldt and her team have already successfully supported major film productions as a confidante and awareness officer. Her expertise is in demand throughout the German-speaking world – including UFA Fiction, Saxonia Media, Pantaleon Films, Constantin Film, Wiedemann & Berg, the Bavaria Group, the Deutsche Kinemathek and other renowned players.
