RISING GAZE offers film and theatre professionals easy access to all the essential information on gender, diversity, and inclusion - both within their organizations and at every stage of project and script development. The service includes a 90-minute consultation with one of our experts via video conference or telephone on a topic of your choice. What is unconscious bias? What do I need to consider when casting a BIPOC actor? Where can I find actors with disabilities? Is my website accessible? How can my team become more diverse, both in front of and behind the camera? Do I need a gender-neutral restroom? How can I prevent discrimination on set, and how do I handle an employee coming out? You can ask anything here. We also offer workshops and presentations on these topics for companies and associations.
