**For Film Productions, Theatres, and Cultural Institutions** What is Awareness? Awareness aims to create a space where everyone feels comfortable and can work effectively. This means cultivating respectful and responsible interactions, respecting everyone's boundaries, and standing together against discrimination and violence. Achieving this goal requires preventative measures, an awareness concept with a code of conduct, and a reliable and confidential complaints handling system. Why Awareness? Addressing abuse of power and discrimination is crucial because, in addition to the negative impact on those affected, potential production interruptions and reputational damage represent a significant business risk. We would be happy to develop an awareness concept, conduct prevention workshops, and establish a confidential contact point with an anonymous complaint option for you. Why RISING GAZE? According to the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), every company is legally required to establish a complaints office and protect its employees from discrimination and harassment. However, suitable staff members who are familiar with anti-discrimination, the legal framework of the AGG, and de-escalation and conflict management are often lacking.
