Angelina Hermann first trained as a marketing communications specialist and worked as an event manager before studying film and television production at the KONRAD WOLF Film University. ​ As a working student, she supervised live shows such as ‘Maybritt Illner’ and ‘Morgenmagazin’ for ZDF and was responsible for content producing and original fiction programming at Audible. As a freelancer, she gained valuable experience as a production assistant and production manager for Wiedemann & Berg, Florida Reklame and Tidewater Pictures. For her bachelor's degree film ‘Schwarmtiere’ (directed by Alison Kuhn), she served as producer and took on the roles of production manager and creative producer. The film was co-produced with 3-Sat and was nominated for the FIRST STEPS Award in 2022, while cinematographer Antonia Pepita Giesler was nominated for the Michael Ballhaus Prize. After successfully completing her studies, Angelina took a position as producer and production manager at Scholz & Friends. She is currently working as a production manager at Florida Entertainment GmbH. She supports the RISING GAZE team as a producer, production manager and in controlling.
